How we use your information

• Process and deliver orders, including shipping labels and tracking updates.

WhatsApp & SMS

With your consent or as part of fulfilling an order, we may contact you on WhatsApp or SMS using the phone number you provide at checkout. This includes order confirmations, cash-on-delivery (COD) confirmation messages with Confirm/Cancel options, shipping updates, and support. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages; transactional messages related to an active order may still be sent as needed to complete your purchase or delivery.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Cashfree). We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Payment providers handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.
