By accessing sayretail.in or placing an order with SayRetail, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before checkout.

Orders & pricing

• Product prices, availability, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay or confirm.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch; delivery timelines depend on courier capacity and your location.

Payments

We accept online payment methods shown at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking via our payment partner) and cash on delivery (COD) where available. Online payments must be completed successfully before the order is confirmed.

Cash on delivery (COD) confirmation

For COD orders, we may send a WhatsApp message asking you to confirm or cancel before dispatch. If you do not confirm within a reasonable time, we may delay or cancel the order. Confirming on WhatsApp indicates your intent to accept delivery and pay on receipt.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery windows are indicative only. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, remote locations, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Returns & refunds

Return eligibility, timelines, and refund methods are described on the product page, order details, or return flow in your account. Contact support@sayretail.in for help with damaged, wrong, or undelivered items.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfil orders and reach you.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or resell products in violation of applicable law or our policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayRetail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
